Alfa Romeo Alfa Romeo Giulia - Video tutorial

Model: Alfa Romeo Alfa Romeo Giulia MK 1 - Years 2016-2024
Part: Engine oil
Operation: What happens if we find oil in the intake duct of the Alfa Romeo Giulia or Stelvio?

In this video, we see what the problem might be if we find engine oil in the intake duct of the Alfa Romeo Giulia (and also the Stelvio). Before jumping to conclusions about a turbine failure, let's try removing the belt (which can be easily removed in these two types of cars, there's no need to disassemble the entire engine) and the tensioner, under which we find a flange that we'll need to remove. Underneath, we find the centrifugal vapor separator. It's better to replace the factory one with a modified one: we can find it on eBay with the code 404369233719 for the price of 74.90 euros, with free shipping. Let's change it before reaching the 100,000 km mark recommended by the manufacturer. The quality of the lubricant we use is also very important.

How do you replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS?

In order to replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing positioned on the left side of the bike, so that its cover can be removed. Once this has been removed, you will be able to access the components below, including the battery. The latter must be removed from its housing by disconnecting the power cables and unscrewing the appropriate fixing bolts. In this way it will be possible to insert a new battery, properly fixing it and connecting it to the relative cables, covering everything with the casing.
