To replace the fuel filler flap on an Alfa Romeo Giulietta, open the flap and then unscrew the cap for the fuel refill underneath. Once this cap is removed, you will find the screw next to it. This way, the cover around the cap and the respective flap can be extracted from their housing, also disconnecting the connector inside. When all these components have been removed, you can insert the new flap and secure it with the appropriate screw.
