In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the chain kit, sprocket, and pinion, thus the entire distribution system, on an Aprilia RS 125 two-stroke motorcycle. First, position your bike on a stand and use a flat screwdriver to remove the link of the chain that will allow you to disassemble and remove it; then unscrew the rear wheel bolt to take off the wheel. At this point, unscrew the fixing screws of the sprocket to remove and replace it; perform the same operation for the removal of the pinion. Apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!

To dismantle the TM Racing KZ R1 engine, first remove the block from its housing by unscrewing the screws that secure it to the supports and disconnecting all hoses and connectors attached to it. Once the engine block is freed, unscrew the screws securing the cylinder at the top of the block.
