This guide shows the steps to disassemble and replace the carburettor, or to clean it, of the Aprilia RS 250. First, remove the rider's seat and begin by removing the fuel tank by unscrewing its screws; disconnect the fuel hose to remove it, as shown in the video. Now disassemble the air filter box to access the carburettor; disconnect the throttle cable and the air cable, unscrewing the clamp screw to extract it from the intake duct and remove it!
