To change the engine oil on an Aprilia Dorsoduro 750, you need to unscrew the drain plug of the oil tank, which is located at the bottom of the bike: underneath it, place a container to catch the used oil. Once all the oil has drained out, you can remove the oil filter located next to the drain plug, replacing it with a new one. Once the oil filter has been replaced, you can top up by adding new oil: this will be added through the designated breather on the right side of the bike.
