Where is the battery of the Audi Q8 located?

Unlike other vehicles, the Audi Q8 places its battery inside the cabin. The battery is specifically mounted under the passenger side footrest. To access the battery in case of malfunctions, it is necessary to remove the mat and then unscrew the nut located at the top left, which locks the cover of the battery underneath. Once the cover is removed, we can disconnect the terminals and remove the battery from its housing and replace it if necessary. Please note that it is mandatory to disconnect the negative terminal first and then the positive terminal, incorrect disconnection could short circuit the car.
