To replace the key fob battery on an Audi Q8, press the button on the top of the device to extract the emergency key from its housing. After removing the key, pry inside its slot to detach the plastic cover on the back of the device. Underneath, you will find the battery, which needs to be extracted and removed from its slot; then, insert a new replacement battery, ensuring the device functions properly.
