Operation: Disassembly and repair of the window lift system

Using a plastic body builder lever, unhook and pull the door panel interior trim forwards. Unscrew the screws under the molding just removed, those located in the lower part of the panel and the one in the hole in the internal handle. Then release the pressure locks of the panel and pull it upwards to remove it from the scraper gasket. Then disconnect the wire of the internal opening lever and the other connected sockets. Then remove the sound-absorbing panel by unsticking it along the edges. Unscrew the fixing screws of the window lifter motor and disconnect the sockets connected to it to extract it. Disassemble the loudspeaker and free the underlying wiring from the appropriate cable glands. Remove the internal gasket along the door pillar (only along the perimeter of the window). Remove the rubber cap on the side to access the disassembly of the post fixing pin and unscrew all the fixing screws of the window lifter system, including the one under the triangular shaped plastic cover that must be removed (also insert the plastic studs motor support). At this point, remove the window lifter system, complete with window, together with the door pillar. Remove the screws fixing the glass to the lifting system and unhook it. Then unscrew the screws securing the two tracks to the door pillar and remove them. Then fasten the rails of the new lifting system to the door pillar; reposition the glass and reassemble the whole system to the door by re-installing the previously removed system in reverse.
