In this video, we can see how to restart the MMI system of an Audi A3 8V. The MMI is nothing but the infotainment system (Multi Media Interface), and like all equipment of this type, sometimes it requires a restart, for software problems, system overload, or hardware-related issues (simply put, even a wiring issue that caused a malfunction). To restart it, we will have to simultaneously press the menu button, the menu control wheel, and the button located at the top right (we are always talking about the wheel and buttons located on the central tunnel). By doing this, the display turns off and the system restarts.

Lift the bonnet and secure it, then use a screwdriver to unscrew the locking pins of the ventilation pipe, remove the engine soundproofing panel and the cap (detach it).
