Let's see how to program the key/remote control of an Audi A4 B7: we need to have a working remote control, and close the driver's door (which we will keep closed throughout the procedure). Insert the main key into the ignition and turn it to "ON", then insert the remote control into the closed door and press the "unlock" button once for each remote control to be programmed.

Turn off the ignition and remove all keys. The configuration of the remotes is as follows: remote 1: press "unlock" then "lock" and on remote 2 press "unlock" and then "lock" wait 60 seconds without opening the doors.
