Let's see how it is possible to remove and then replace the rear seat of an Audi A6: we must sit on it and pull up the hooks that hold it attached to the body, from both sides. Now we must release the latch that is instead located in the rear, which the youtuber shows us by illuminating it with a torch; the method is to insert a rod inside, in order to trigger the release of the latch, and once it has been freed, it comes out without problems.

Once the seat is out, we can see how the hook is made. The front latches were broken when removed, but they are replaced and can be found on AliExpress with code 1005001393535416 at a price of 2.54 euros per pair, with free delivery.

Now we put the seat back in place, once the seat belts are correctly inserted, attaching the rear latches, sliding the seat back and then pulling it forward, so that it is securely fastened; then simply press on the front part to reinsert the latches into their housings.
