To open the fuel door on an Audi A6, first ensure that the vehicle is unlocked. Get out of the car and locate the fuel door, which is on the rear side of the body. At this point, gently press the fuel door; the mechanism has an internal spring, so it will open slightly. Then, remove the fuel cap by turning it counterclockwise to refuel. Once finished, screw the cap back on until it clicks securely. Finally, close the fuel door by pressing it until it locks completely.
