Replacing the battery in an Audi A4 is a straightforward task that does not require special knowledge, aside from getting the right battery and having the tools to remove and reinstall it. As the video explains, you need to work in the trunk. Open it and remove all the coverings until you reach the compartment where the spare tire (or the compact spare or emergency inflation kit) is located. Once you remove the spare tire block, you will access the battery. First, remove the battery hold-down, which has two bolts. Next, disconnect the terminals, which are also secured with bolts, and finally, you can pull out the battery.
