How to change the battery of an Audi A4 B8

In this video we can see how to change the battery of an Audi A4 B8: the battery of this vehicle is not located in the engine compartment, but in the trunk. We need to open it, remove the floor of the luggage compartment, take out any spare wheel; underneath we will find the connector for the subwoofer wiring, which we need to remove, as well as the wheel change kit, including the jack: we remove the 4 bolts that secure the battery's safety bracket to the chassis, then we remove the plastic cover of the battery, disconnect the negative terminal, then the positive one, and take off the battery's mounting plate and disconnect the vent tube. We can remove the battery; now we clean the housing where we will place the new battery, reconnect the vent tube, secure the plate, and reconnect the positive terminal first and then the negative one. We place the plastic protection plate back in position and then the metal bracket with its 4 bolts. Now we put back the tools, the subwoofer, the wheel, and the trunk floor. We are done.
