To replace the cabin air filter in an Audi A1, first turn off the engine and open the passenger side glove compartment. Then, open the drawer, unclip it to remove it, and access the filter compartment.

The filter is located behind a rectangular cover with clips, so first remove the cover and then extract the used filter. Insert the new filter, ensuring the airflow direction matches the arrows.

Close the cover, reassemble the drawer and panel, and check that the air conditioning or heating works correctly. It is advisable to replace it every 15,000-20,000 miles.
