Audi A6 wheel replacement

Model: Audi A6 C5, MK 2 - Years 1997-2004
Part: Wheel

Should we change the rims of the car or replace the tires? Let's see how to remove the wheel on Audi A6. We open the trunk and take the wheel removal kit. We position the jack under the grip point of the car (under the most rigid part of the frame), lift the car a little and loosen the wheel pins. We lift the car with the jack lever, unscrew the pins and pull the wheel away from the hub. We mount the rim on the hub with the respective pins and bring the car to the ground. Always remember to store the assembly kit with all its parts in the luggage compartment at the end of maintenance. We use the guide to replace all wheels.

Replacing the Engine Battery

As this is a generic operation for all types of vehicles, there is no need to specify the make or model. Begin by unscrewing the nut of the clamp located at the base of the battery; loosen the nuts of the terminals on both poles, first removing the positive pole (be careful not to touch metal parts with the terminals). Once the battery is extracted, replace it with one of similar specifications (consult the user manual) and reposition it in its housing, reconnect the terminals starting with the positive to avoid sparks, and tighten the terminal nuts to secure them. The final step is to reapply the clamp and tighten the retaining nut at the base of the battery.
