Removing a damaged door panel on an Audi A4? Let's see how to do it. Use a pry tool to remove the plastic trim located at the top of the door. With a screwdriver, remove the screws under the bar you previously took off, and remove the other screws present in the handle. Use a pry tool to detach the clips securing the panel, grab the panel with your hands, and disengage it from the door (disconnect the power connectors). Install the new panel with the securing screws and power connectors. Proceed in reverse.
