In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the electromechanical steering rack on an Audi A3 8P 1.9 TDI. First, remove the battery from your car by disconnecting the two terminals, then proceed to remove the steering column; to do this, remove the plastic screws under the pedal area and detach the column. Next, lift the vehicle and remove the steering ends; remove the lower engine cover. Finally, remove the fixing bolts of the electromechanical steering rack and disconnect the electrical connector, following the video until the end!
