Replacing the Clutch Master Cylinder on the Audi A3 8P 1.9 TDI

In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the master cylinder or clutch pump on the Audi A3 8P 1.9 TDI, as well as on the Volkswagen Golf 5. First, open the bonnet and remove the upper cover; then locate the master cylinder at the rear of the engine block. Next, disconnect the clutch pump pipe; now proceed to remove the clutch pedal and the entire system, as illustrated in the video. Finally, separate the master cylinder from the pedal to replace it with the new one; then refit everything.
