In this video, see how to bleed the clutch on an Audi A3 after some components have been changed. You will need an assistant to press the brake pedal at the right moment.

Place some paper around the bleed valve and ensure there is enough fluid in the brake fluid reservoir, then turn the bleed valve counter-clockwise, from which air bubbles mixed with oil will escape. It is these air bubbles that need to exit the circuit; continue until only fluid comes out. At this point, turn the valve clockwise to close it. Meanwhile, you should feel the sensations on the clutch pedal, ensuring it is responsive and does not remain fully depressed; the pedal should be pressed gradually so that the air can be expelled smoothly.

This operation must be repeated several times.
