How do you replace the headlamp on the Audi A3? To remove the front headlamp of the A3, you need to take off the front bumper. Use a screwdriver to undo the fastening pins of the front bumper: at the top and bottom (plastic rivets). After removing the front bumper, unscrew the fastening screws of the headlamp and detach it from its housing. You will find the bulbs with metal clips; pull the bulb holders out of the headlamp and extract the damaged bulb using a screwdriver. Refit the headlamp in its housing and the bumper back onto the front of the Audi A3.
