To turn off the SOS light on the Audi A3, lower the flap located at the top of the car, on the roof near the central rear-view mirror. Lowering the flap will reveal a red button that you need to press and hold for a few seconds until the emergency call is initiated.

Once the emergency call has started, you must cancel it manually by pressing the button on the touch screen. When the call has been cancelled, you will return to the Driver Assist screen, and the SOS light will have been correctly turned off.
