To replace the license plate lights on an Audi A4, remove the screw located above the dome light that contains the bulb. After removing the dome light, you can take out the old bulb from inside, as it will be located between the two terminals attached to the dome light.

Once the old bulb is removed, replace it with a new one and reinstall the dome light, securing it with the appropriate screw. After replacement, check the proper functioning of the part.
