How to replace the license plate light on an Audi A4? Let's see in this video how to replace the damaged bulb: open the trunk hood, and using a screwdriver or plastic lever, remove the plastic light fixture located in the rear hatch of the vehicle. Once the light fixture is removed, pull out the bulb; install the new bulb (same size and voltage) into the socket and reattach the light fixture to the hatch. Repeat the same steps for the other light fixture and test the proper functioning of the bulbs.
