To replace the rear seat belts on an Audi A3, lower the seatbacks using the levers located near the headrests. Once the seatbacks are lowered, detach the cushions by simply unclipping their fastening clips.

This will allow you to access the screws underneath that secure the seat belts. The other fastening screws are located under the covers of the side walls of the boot; here you will also find the reel, which can be removed by unscrewing its screws to take out the entire seat belt.
