Replacing the diesel filter is an operation that can be done if you have good dexterity. Make sure you have the tools necessary to carry out the disassembly and reassembly operation at hand. The first thing to do is to find the bleed screw and unscrew the cap to evacuate the diesel in the tank. Once the clamps have been loosened, the filter will be free and all that remains is to unscrew it. The new filter will have to be filled with clean diesel fuel, about half a liter or more and it will have to be let down slowly. It will then be possible to put it back in its seat by locking it.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
