Removing the Door Handle on Audi A4

To remove the handle from an exterior door on the Audi A4, first remove the plastic panel next to it (use a plastic wedge to avoid scratching the door) and unscrew the two screws underneath. Similarly, remove the cover near the central handle and unscrew the other two bolts. This will allow you to pull the panel from the door and disconnect the lock cable. Now, remove the small plastic cover over the screw on the side of the door and unscrew the screws that secure the handle.
