How do you remove the door panel of the Audi A3?

Model: Audi A3 MK 3, 8V - Years 2012-2019

In order to remove the door panel of the Audi A3, you have to remove the plastic panel located next to the handrail and above the window control panel. Once this panel has been removed, all the screws underneath can be loosened, together with the one located under the glove compartment. Once all these screws have been loosened, it will be possible to detach the panel by disconnecting the connector on the inside. When the old panel has been completely removed, it will be possible to insert a new one, connecting and fixing it.

Using a screwdriver or plastic trim tool, pry between the dome light cover and its perimeter (without breaking the plastic), remove the grille from the dome light, and then take out the clear plastic cover.
