Thanks to this short video tutorial, let's see how to perform the forced restart using a combination of keys of the MMI 3G+ system on a fourth generation Audi A6, model produced from 2011 to 2018. In case of malfunction or slowdowns of the MMI system we can provide to perform a forced manual reset, to do this we must press three buttons located on the central console push button panel at the same time: the menu button; the central knob; the button at the top right of the knob. Once these three keys are pressed together, the system will restart automatically, and within a few seconds it will be operational again.

First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes.
