Replace Alternator Pulley

Model: Audi A3 MK 2, 8P - Years 2003-2013
Part: Alternator

Damage to the alternator pulley is a fairly common fault, and it tends to become particularly noisy. To replace it, first move the fuel filter by unscrewing the relevant mounting bolts without disconnecting the hoses; then loosen the auxiliary belt tensioner to free the pulley and use the appropriate tool to unscrew the pulley mounting bolt. Remove the old pulley and install the new one after verifying its compatibility (diameter and number of grooves), repositioning the belt and the filter.

How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter in a 2008 Volkswagen Fox

The operation of replacing the cabin pollen filter in the Volkswagen Fox takes about fifteen minutes. First, locate the filter housing inside the cabin. In this case, it is situated on the passenger side, beneath the glove compartment (as indicated by the red arrow in the images). Specifically, the air filter housing is positioned on the left side. Once located, open the cover by sliding the two rings found on the cover itself from the outside to the inside (see images) and remove it. At this point, pull down the filter housing and extract the air filter from its housing. This operation should be performed every 9,000 miles or at least once a year.
