Removing the fuel filter on an Audi A3? Start by lifting the car using a column lift (use a car jack), then remove the filter protection using the appropriate socket spanner and take off the metal cover. Remove the fuel filter from its housing (disconnect the fuel lines and the electrical connector). Fit the new filter under the car (connect all the hoses and clips). Reattach the filter protection and tighten the screws. Lower the car, start the engine, and test the vehicle.
