To complete the replacement of the button battery inside your Audi Q2 key (2016-2023), follow these simple steps. First, use a small flathead screwdriver to easily detach the rear cover and gain access to the battery located just underneath.

Once done, remove the battery and replace it with a new one (model CR2032). Finally, reassemble the key cover. Test the key's functionality, and you're finished.
