Below are the main instructions to remove and replace the lock module of the Audi A6. First, open the front door and start removing the door panel by unscrewing all the mounting screws and disconnecting the power connector from the window switch; once the door panel is removed, unscrew the mounting screws of the lock module and disconnect the power connector from the actuator to take it out of the door.

At this point, replace and install the new lock module by applying the reverse procedure!
