Resetting the Service Light on an Audi A3

Model: Audi A3 MK 2, 8P - Years 2003-2013

To reset the Service light on an Audi A3, sit in the driver's seat, turn the ignition key, and switch on the instrument panel. There are two levers on either side of the central display. Pull the right lever, near the speedometer, towards you until the message "Oil change overdue by. Days" appears. Hold the lever for five seconds until the display shows "Oil change in. Days". Release the lever and turn off the instrument panel. The next time, the message prompting an oil change will not appear.
