Replacing the cabin air filter is a straightforward procedure that you can do yourself without needing help from a trusted mechanic. The following guide shows you how to do it. The first step is to remove the dashboard trim.

Be careful, as in addition to the screws to remove, the trim is also secured by clips along its entire length and at the sides. Once you locate the filter, pull it towards you in the same direction it is installed.

The rest will be easy. After positioning the new air filter, you can perform the installation procedure in the reverse order of disassembly.
