Operation: How do you remove the third stop of the Audi A3?

The removal of the third stop, located in the upper part of the tailgate, is quite simple to carry out but requires care and attention in order not to damage the pressure locks of the internal plastic lining; in fact, in order to access the third stop, it is necessary to first remove the central covering panel and then remove the lateral and upper ones: it is therefore necessary to extract the anchoring tabs from the relative housings; once the third party seat has been reached, unscrew the relative fixing screws, disconnect the socket and remove it from its seat; you can then proceed with the replacement of the bulbs if necessary.

First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
