To replace the key fob battery on an Audi A4, press the button on the top of the device to remove the key. Once the key is removed, you will find the tray that holds the battery underneath it. Pulling out this tray will allow you to remove the old battery and insert the new one. The new battery should now be placed back into the key fob, reinsert the key, and check that everything functions correctly after the replacement.
