Follow the instructions in this guide to remove the front headrests, which also applies to the rear headrests, of the Audi Q5. First, get inside the vehicle and press and hold the buttons located on the side of the headrest; now pull the headrest upward to detach and remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, you can repair or replace the headrest by reinserting it and adjusting the height, applying the same procedure to the other headrests!
