Model: Beta Rr 50

In this short video, we will see how to remove and replace the fibreglass inside the silencer of the exhaust on a Beta RR 50 enduro bike. First, remove the plastic protection fairing of the exhaust by unscrewing the fixing screw; then unscrew the screw of the silencer bracket to detach it from the collector, as shown in the video. Now use a drill bit to remove the rivets from the silencer to open it; now you can remove the fibreglass inside and replace it with new material!

How to Replace the Exhaust on a KTM Duke 890 R?

To replace the exhaust on the KTM Duke 890 R, loosen the screws that secure the exhaust terminal to its housing on the right side of the bike near the mudguard: once the securing screws are loosened, you can widen the ring that connects the exhaust to the collector so that it can be completely removed from its seat.
