To change the engine oil of a BMW R1250 GS, start by placing the motorcycle on a flat surface. Then, lift the motorcycle on the center stand. Remove the oil filler cap to allow the system to vent and facilitate oil drainage. Place a container under the drain plug and unscrew the plug using the appropriate wrench. Once the drain plug is removed, let the used oil drain completely into the container. Then, screw the drain plug back in, fill the engine with new oil, check the level, and start the engine to distribute the oil. Once completed, the oil maintenance of your BMW R1250 GS will be finished.
