How to replace the engine oil in the BMW R1250 GS?

In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the engine oil in the BMW R1250 GS, a very simple and fast operation to be carried out every 12 months. First of all, we wait for the engine to cool down enough, then we position a container underneath it and remove the lower cover. We then unscrew the drain hole bolt with a 10mm hex key, collect all the oil in the system, and then proceed to unscrew the filter, which is located on the right side of the engine. At this point, we can install the replacement, reassemble everything, and pour the new oil through the appropriate hole.
