In this tutorial we can see how to replace the engine oil in the Suzuki R1250 GS, an extremely simple and fast operation, to be carried out every 12 months. First of all, we wait for the engine to be completely cold, then we remove the lower protective cover and place a container under the motorcycle. We then open the drainage hole with a 10mm hex key, let all the oil in the system drain out, and proceed to unscrew the old filter. At this point, all that remains is to tighten the replacement, reassemble everything, and pour the new oil through the appropriate hole.

How to Check the Coolant Level in a Yamaha Xmax

In the following video, you will learn how to check the coolant level in a 2008 Yamaha Xmax. First, position the motorcycle on a stable surface by raising the stand. Next, lift the cover located at the top of the motorcycle to access the coolant drain bolt. To top up the coolant, unscrew the cap as shown in the video and add the fluid until it reaches the maximum level, indicated as Max. Once finished, close the valve and refit the cover.
