In this tutorial we can see how to replace the transmission oil in the BMW R1150 RT, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the engine is cool enough, then place a container under the transmission case, locate the drain hole bolt and unscrew it using a 19mm socket wrench. Let all the oil in the system drain out, tighten the bolt and unscrew the filling hole bolt with a 6mm hex key. At this point, all that's left to do is to add the necessary amount of oil.
