The BMW R1200 GS is a massive bike, and lifting it after a fall is no joke. In most cases, bikes are lifted from the rear, but with the size of this machine, it is not advisable.

The YouTuber in this video suggests his method, although we must acknowledge that it requires considerable strength, and we are unsure if a petite person could use the same technique (nor could anyone else, to be honest). The method is to grab the bike by the handlebars and lift it by pushing forcefully from the side where it is bulkier.
