Today, you will learn how to remove and replace the battery on a BMW F800 GS. First, unscrew the upper screws of the tank cover using a Torx screwdriver, then disconnect the electrical connectors underneath. At this point, access the battery compartment, where you will remove the screws securing the two battery terminals (positive and negative). Next, unscrew the screws of the mounting bracket and pull the battery upwards to remove and replace it. Insert the new battery of the correct type and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure!
