Warm up the engine of your BMW by leaving it running for a few minutes. In this way the engine oil will become more fluid and will drain more easily from its container. It is also recommended to use 20W-50 motor lubricant for this model. Unscrew the lower engine oil drain plug and, as shown in the video, collect it in a tray (and dispose of it correctly). Also open the upper filling hole in order to facilitate the exit of the old oil thanks to the circulation of air. Close the drain hole, measure the amount of old lubricant and load the same amount of 20W-50.

How to change the engine oil and oil filter on the Keeway Cafe Racer 152

Below we will illustrate the steps on how to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152. First of all we put our motorcycle on the central stand and start warming up the engine for a few minutes; then unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, removing and replacing the cartridge with the new one; finally unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new engine oil, of the right type.
