The flap check valve is the one that works on the exhaust gases of the bike and here we will show you how to replace it if it is broken or worn. Doing this is very simple, just unscrew the two bolts shown in the video and present on the exhaust manifold, extract the valve and replace it. As for the servomotor, on the other hand, follow the procedure: disconnect the injection connector, unscrew the torx t30 and remove the casing containing the small servomotor. Open it by unscrewing the torx t20 that fix it and reassemble the new piece, going backwards.

How do you replace the clutch on the Ducati Monster 620?

The replacement of the clutch of the Ducati Monster 620 is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the casing located on the right side of the bike, in correspondence with its crank arm. Once these bolts have been loosened, it will be possible to detach the crankcase cover to access the components below; by unscrewing the bolts that secure the clutch discs, it will be possible to extract them all from their housing, so that the new spare parts can be inserted. After installing the new clutch, it will be possible to secure it with bolts and also seal the crankcase cover.
