Before you can start, position your BMW R1200GS on the centre stand. Begin by loosening and removing the central nut that secures the rear wheel to the hub. Once you have removed the central fastening nut, the rear wheel will be free. Next, disengage and extract the rear wheel from the hub. After completing this step, you can finally remove the rear wheel of your BMW R1200GS, successfully finishing the disassembly.
