How do you reset the BMW F800GS service warning light?

In order to reset the BMW F800GS Service warning light there is no procedure that can be carried out independently: it will be necessary to connect a diagnostic tool to the vehicle's OBD port. To access the aforementioned door, it will be necessary to unscrew all the bolts that secure the saddle and remove it. There will be a cable with a cover, which will need to be removed to allow the same cable to be connected to the diagnostic tool.
