To replace the air filter on the BMW F 800 GS, loosen the bolts securing the panel located on top of the fuel tank, just behind the handlebars. Once this panel is removed, you can access the components underneath, allowing you to remove the air filter cover after loosening the screws. When these are removed, open the filter box to take out the old filter and replace it with a new one. After the replacement, reattach the panel.
